BSG was the main contractor for an 18-month renovation of a 1920’s villa. BSG propped the house while still occupied, extended the footprint, and constructed a new modern living space, with outdoor entertaining area including fireplace. The house is a now a mesh of old vs new with 5 high end bathrooms, oak and rimu flooring and a high-end kitchen with concealed doors throughout.
